Therefore, shall we take up a collection to buy Dunce Caps for the Coronado mayor, four councilmen, and all involved city staff to wear? After all, they are the ones who are wasting our Time and Tax Dollars with their stupid Government Sewage Plant Boondoggle.

Yes. We should shame all of the Dunces for trying to build the Coronado Golf Course Sewage Plant Boondoggle by making them wear Dunce Caps.

In the same vein, perhaps we should distribute Grinch Masks to all of the sneaky Special Interests for trying to make their personal fortunes by stealing our Golf Course and fouling it with a risky, expensive Sewage Plant Boondoggle.
