The Problem: Government Secrecy & Quid Pro Quo?
As far as we can tell, in 2017 Coronado Government Dunces quietly hand-picked a tiny number of Coronado residents to bring into their dastardly scheme to ram their disgusting Golf Course Sewage Plant Boondoggle down our throats.
Were those residents chosen because they are anti-Taxpayer or pro-Government Dunce?
Or did they want something from, or owe something to, the Coronado Government Dunces?
In a nutshell, Was there Quid Pro Quo?
The Complication: Intentional Lack of Transparency?
Certainly Coronado Government Dunces have a strict Duty of Transparency to Coronado Taxpayers for how and why they spend our Tax Dollars.
Hence it shocks the conscience that Government Dunces failed to notify Coronado Residents who live, work and play in the Golf Course areas until the end of 2019. That’s a mere three months ago.
Now you might ask, Did the Government Dunces reach out to those Coronado Residents to warn them that their Quality of Life would take a Giant Nosedive because of their smelly, gross, expensive Golf Course Sewage Plant Boondoggle? No no no. They didn’t.
In contrast, those Coronado Residents miraculously caught wind of the stinky scheme (pun intended) approximately three months ago. Consequently, they begged Coronado Government Dunces to tell them about the expensive, taxpayer-funded, risky Sewage Plant Boondoggle. Why? Because Coronado taxpayers don’t want an expensive Sewage Plant shoehorned onto our Golf Course against our will, and without our knowledge or input!
Finally caught in the act, the Government Dunces held a meeting in town on January 8 of this year.
At that public meeting, Coronado Taxpayers were angry. While the Government Dunces, who were forced to show up, pretended they did nothing wrong.
Tellingly, most of the Government Dunces who are liable for this giant SNAFU simply stayed away from the wrath of Coronado Taxpayers. The lacked the guts to show up at the January 8th public meeting. Cowards!
As it stands now, it’s a serious understatement to say Coronado is in chaos because of this dirty rotten scam.
Shame on those sneaky, sneaky Government Dunces!
Ethics Fail: Did Coronado Dunces Act in Bad Faith Toward Coronado Taxpayers by Hiding the Sewage Plant Scheme From Us for Years?
Our ENTIRE Island Town still hasn’t woken up completely to the fact that Coronado Government Dunces have been scheming to build an unnecessary, expensive and stinky Sewage Plant on our Coronado Golf Course.
But we’re making great strides in Waking Up Coronado Island (and many other parts of the USA!), if our website viewership numbers mean anything.
Clearly the facts show that Government Dunces effectively hid their risky Golf Course Sewage Boondoggle from us for years.
Do the facts also show a Failure in Ethics on the part of Coronado Government Dunces?
Does this mean that the Government Dunces acted in Bad Faith toward us?
The Only Solution
There is only one solution: Kiss the Golf Course Sewage Plant Goodbye because the whole thing stinks to High Heaven in every conceivable way!
