In other words, when their risky Government Sewage Plant causes harm to people and their property, can the involved Coronado government staffers, mayor, and councilmen simply shrug their shoulders and say, It’s not my fault. Who cares?

When their stupid Sewage Plant fails and causes damages, the Government Dunces can’t avoid their responsibility.

Therefore, if any stupid Government Dunces try to hide their heads in the liquified Coronado sand, then they are even dumber than previously thought.
